Wærferth, bishop (of Worcester), with the permission of King Alfred and of Æthelred and Æthelflæd, to Cynhelm, his kinsman; lease, for three lives, of 10 hides (manentes) at Bengeworth, Worcs., with reversion to the bishopric.
