Ego Wlfredus gratia Dei archiepiscopus dedi monachis ecclesie Christi terras que uocantur Egethorne et Langandune, pro commutatione alterius terre que nominatur Bereham. Item dedi eisdem monachis uillam que nominatur Eastur waldingtun in occidentali plaga ecclesie Christi infra menia urbis Dorobernie intra ripam fluminis Sture. Item idem pater Wlfredus dedit ecclesie Christi terram que uocatur Folcquiningland in regione Eastrege, ruriculum quoque unius aratri in loco qui nominatur Byri.
