Ego Dunstanus primas tocius Britannie, consenciente et concedente Eadgaro rege, partem terre uidelicet septem aratrorum quod Anglice dicitur .vii. hidas cum libro eiusdem terre emi, que nominatur Fenge, pro competenti pecunia ab Ingelram optimate regis Eadgari, cum omnibus ad eam rite pertinentibus, liberam ab omni iugo terrene seruitutis, exceptis, expedictone, pontis arcisue restauratione. Hanc autem terram cum eius libro Christi ecclesie contuli. Si quis hanc nostram donacionem in aliud quam constituimus transferre uoluerit, priuatus consortio sancte Dei ecclesie eternis incendiis iugiter cum Iuda traditore puniatur, si non congrua satisfactione emendauerit quod contra nostrum decretum deliquid.
