    • Edward kyng gret Alred Eurl and Harald Eurl and all his undurlynges in Herefordshire ffrendelich. And I do yowe to understonden that I woll that the Prestes in Hereford at Seint Ethelbert ministre that they haue euere Soke and Sake ouere alle heore men and alle heore londes withynne bourgh and withoute so full and so forth so they formest hadde ynne alle thynges. And iche bidde yowe alle that ge ben to hem fauerable and helpyng ouere alle where that they haue to doone for Goddes loue and for myn.
