De aquilone riuus nomine Funtamel, ex meredie habet terram beate memorie Leotheri episcopi. Nam earundem supradictarum cespites pro ampliori firmitate euuangelium superposui, ita ut ab hac die tenendi, habendi, pussidendi in omnibus liberam et firmam habeat potestatem. Si quis uero episcoporum seu regum contra hanc definicionis cartulam propria temeritate uel potius sacrilega debacacione uenire temptauerit, inprimis iram Dei incurrat, a liminibus sancte ecclesie et seperatur, et hoc quod repetit, uendicare non ualeat.
