Ego Cuthredus rex Cantie, cum licentia Cenulfi regis Mercie, concedo Wlfredo archiepiscopo ad opus ecclesie Christi terram duorum aratrorum que dicitur Bocholt, et ab aliis uocatur Hrythreleah, liberam ab omni seculari seruitio. Item in alio loco in Cantia ubi dicitur be Uuestanuudan, quidam autem nominant Cinges culand, quod nos possumus dicere pasturam uaccarum regis. Istam inquam terram, cum supranominata et cum suis contiguis terminis qui ad easdem rite pertinent, concedo supranominato archiepiscopo ad opus prefate ecclesie, liberas ab omni seculari grauitate et fiscali tributo, exceptis expeditione, pontis et arcis constructione. Si quis hanc nostram largitatem auxerit, adaugeat illi Deus uitam. Si quis autem illam imminuerit, diminuetur sibi gloria in Christo.
