Ego Offa rex concedo ecclesie Christi Cantuarie terram iuris mei .xv. aratrorum in prouincia Cantie in hiis postnominatis locis, id est Iecham, Perhamstede, Rochinga, et in saltu qui dicitur Andred pascua porcorum in hiis locis, Dunwalingden, Sandhyrste, Swithelmingden, et in siluis que dicuntur Bocholt et Blean Heanhric et aliud inter torrentem nomine neorthburnan et hagenatreou et pastum unius gregis iuxta Theningden, . et .l. porcorum binnan snæde. Hanc predictam donacionem concedo, ecclesie Christi cum omnibus ad eam rite pertinentibus liberam ab omni regali tributo. Si quis uero hoc donum meum infringere temptauerit, perpetuo anathemate feriatur.
