Ego Wlfricus, annuente, consenciente et presente domino meo rege Eadredo matreque eius regina Eadgiua, Odone quoque archiepiscopo Dorobernie, Wlstano etiam archiepiscopo Eborace multisque aliis episcopis, ducibus Anglie coram positis, concessi ecclesie Christi in Dorobernia terram iuris mei nomine Peccinges in Suthsexa, quam prefatus rex Eadredus mihi dedit in perpetuam hereditatem, cum libro eiusdem terre, liberam ab omni seculari seruitio, exceptis expeditione, pontis et arcis constructione. Si quis hanc meam donationem uiolare presumpserit, post mortem raptus a Tartareis ministris in flamigera domo pestifera mortis concludetur.
