And þis sent þare landiname þe ic þider iunnen habbe, þat is at Dunheued and at Cumtune .xl. hide, and at Hanlee and Gissic .xx. hide, and at Terente .x. hide 7 at Ywern .xv. hide and Funtemel .xv. hiden. And þis is to witnesse Adward mine sune and Aþered arceb' and Alcheferd bissop and Adelheach b' and Wlfhere alderman and Adwlf alderman and Cuðred alderman and Tumbert abb' and Midred mine þegen and Aþelwulf et Osric and Berthful and Cyma. And loke hwa þeses awande, habbe he Godes curs et sainte Marien and alle Godes haleges ac on ecnesse. Amen. Ego Rex Aluredus in honore Dei et sancte Marie uirginis et omnium sanctorum dono et concedo, uiuens et in prosperitate adhuc uigens, Sceptoniensis ecclesie centum hidas terre cum hominibus et aliis pertinenciis quemadmodum modo se habent et Ayleuam filiam meam cum eisdem, que cogente infirmitate in eadem ecclesia facta est sanctimonialis, preter hec iura que ad corona mea pertinent, scilicet forsteal et hamsokne et munbrech. Et hec sunt nomina terrarum qua supradicte ecclesie dedi et concessi: Dunehefda et Kuntune quadraginta hidas, in Henlee et Gersicg uiginti hidas, in Tarente decem hidas, in Hywerna quindecim hidas, in Funtemel quindecim hidas. Huius rei testes sunt Edwardus filius meus, Atheldredus archiepiscopus, Alfredus episcopus, et Adelheacus episcopus et Wlfere, Raduulfus, Kudredus ealdreman, Turebertus abbas, Mildredus et Atelwlfus et Osricus et Berthwlfus et Cuna mei. Quicumque hec auerterit sit a Deo et sancta Maria uirgine et omnibus sanctis maledictus in eternum. Amen.
