- Cnut rex salutat Leofsium episcopum et Hacun comitem et Leouricum uicecomitem et omnes barones in Wireceastrescire amicabiliter. Et ego manifesto uobis quod ipse concedo Brih't'wino meo baroni illas quinque hidas apud Beningwur∂e in suis diebus, propeterea quod ipsa terra ad meam manum fuit forisfacta. Nunc habet ipse meam amicitiam adquisitam sicut nos concordauimus, ea conuentione ut post suos dies eat ipsa terra in sancto monasterio de Eouesham illis Dei seruis ad uictum semper imperpetuum.
